Our books are digital files: once downloaded, they cannot be «returned». That is why we refund in these cases, within 14 days of the purchase:
- The file does not open or is damaged and we cannot fix it with a new file or with help for your reader.
- You bought the edition in the wrong language: we swap it for the other one or refund your money.
- You bought the same book twice by mistake.
- You were charged an amount different from the published price.
Outside those cases we do not refund books already downloaded, though you can always write to us.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with your order number and what happened. We answer within 3 business days. The refund goes through PayPal to the same payment method and usually shows up in 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
When we refund, access to that order’s downloads is cancelled.
