Terms of sale

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

These terms apply to purchases at verbavela.com. The seller is José R. Nieves Rosado, doing business as Verbavela, in Puerto Rico. Contact: [email protected].

What we sell

Digital books in EPUB format, DRM-free. Each product page states the language of the edition; check that it is the one you want before paying.

Where we sell

The store sells directly to buyers in the United States and Puerto Rico. From other countries, our books are available on Amazon.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is made with PayPal, or by card through PayPal. The order is confirmed once the payment is approved.

Delivery

Once the payment is approved, you receive the download link by email; it also appears on the confirmation page and in «My account» if you have an account. Each purchase allows up to 10 downloads, with no expiration date. If you run out or lose the file, write to us and we will renew them.

License

You are buying a personal license: you may read the book on all your devices and keep copies for yourself. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to the internet or distribute it in any other way. The book has no DRM because we trust our readers.

Refunds

See the returns and refunds policy.

Content

Our editions state in their description how they were prepared, including the use of artificial intelligence in the translation, summaries or illustrations. The ancient texts we publish are in the public domain; the editing, translation and illustrations are ours.

Liability

We do our best to make every file work. If one fails, we replace it or refund your money. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the book.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, of the United States.

This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
